To retain our service, we charge a nonrefundable service fee in addition to any specific booking management and cancellation fees that may incur on the basis of consulting and planning involved. Please share your trip details below and we will send the invoice to for service fee which includes a phone consultation and itinerary revisions. See below for fee schedules and terms & conditions.

Design fee for a trip with a single destination - $500

Design fee for diving focused travel - $550

Design fee for multiple destinations - $600

Design fee for groups, destination wedding - $1200

Travel Design Fee

Nonrefundable design fees are invoiced and paid prior to consultation, design fees covers the time resources dedicated professionally to produce the level of experience the traveler is seeking. After the fee is collected, LUXTRVL will do the following:

Door-to-door itinerary design, customized itinerary proposal, itinerary revisions, tour and transfer coordination, experience coordination, hotel booking and coordination, restaurant and dining reservations, on-site and in-country support and contacts, final itinerary delivery and review with all trip confirmations and details, assistance with questions. The fee is nonrefundable once collected if you decide not to materialize your vacation booking.

Terms & Conditions

We are LUXTRVL and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", "LUXTRVL" and "our" refer to LUXTRVL and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.

This will describe the scope and limitations of the services LUXTRVL will provide for you.

LUXTRVL is a luxury travel designing company that specializes in curating experiences for clients who explore beautiful destinations in a bespoke manner. LUXTRVL is thrilled to have you as a client and hopes that this will begin a long and enjoyable relationship.

Initial Project Consultation:

The initial project consultation via the above inquiry form will include a complete review of the project. During this discussion, we will review the scope of the project, including but not limited to: preferred destination(s); dates of departure; passengers involved; preferred types of travel; travel interests; must-do experiences; airfare; budget; documents required.

Payment and Fees:

If after the initial inquiry form consultation and email exchange, both parties wish to move forward, a design fee will be paid to LUXTRVL. The design fee will be determined based on the scope outlined after the initial consultation. In any event, this fee is non-refundable, even if you do not travel.

After the fee is collected, LUXTRVL will do the following:

Door-to-door itinerary design, customized itinerary proposal, itinerary revisions, tour and transfer coordination, experience coordination, hotel booking and coordination, restaurant and dining reservations, on-site and in-country support and contacts, final itinerary delivery and review with all trip confirmations and details, assistance with questions.

LUXTRVL is compensated by the hotels and travel partners. Due to that relationship, LUXTRVL will arrange the travel arrangements including accommodations. If you want to make reservations directly with the supplier or utilize reward points or other similar options, an hourly fee of $150 per hour will be paid to LUXTRVL for such itinerary design. Should the project exceed anticipated time within the scope of the initial conversation, you will be notified before any additional fees are incurred.

Itinerary Changes:

Once an itinerary is finalized and payment has been made, a revision fee will be charged per change if the itinerary is changed.

Flights:

Should you wish to engage LUXTRVL’s assistance booking airfare, a fee of $100 per flight will be billed.

Insurance:

LUXTRVL strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Please notify LUXTRVL if you wish to review details of travel insurance and see a quote. You realize that if you do not purchase travel insurance, your financial investment is not protected.

Services outside the scope of this agreement:

Additional planning for services to destinations beyond the scope of the original consultation and proposal will be billed as a new project.

Liability Limitation:

You understand and agree that LUXTRVL will design a custom travel experience; this requires your patience and cooperation. You acknowledge the variables in domestic and international travel and that a trip may not provide the exact experience expected. No particular experience can be guaranteed, either during planning or the dates of travel. You are responsible for reviewing all materials and confirmations and are responsible for contacting LUXTRVL immediately if any changes or discrepancies are noted. You assume full responsibility for your persons, belongings, and behavior during and after the agreed upon travel program.

Hold Harmless:

You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless LUXTRVL, and its employees and/or agents from any and all claims, responsibility, liability, damage, loss and/or expenses arising out of any injury to any person during or after the trip, as well as for disease, death, injuries, conditions, vendor negligence, illness, damage or loss of life to the client that may occur during or after the trip.

LUXTRVL is a luxury travel provider and specializes in luxury properties and experiences. Trips with budgets under a certain threshold fall outside of LUXTRVL’s range of expertise. For those trips, LUXTRVL may recommend a partner advisor with better knowledge of relevant products and services.
